- Be ready, willing and able to work in Ashkelon
- Have at least 1 years’ experience in recruitment in the tech field
- Be experienced in finding candidates on social media
- Have conducted in-depth phone interviews
- Possess a BA in social science
- Work great under pressure
- Be fluent in French
- Speak other languages as well
- Manage complete recruitment processes (procees? Procececes?)
- publish vacancy ads as needed
- Review and select CVs
- Conduct phone interviews as well as face to face interviews
- Contact potential employees’ references
- Negotiate conditions and salaries
